L.A.’s past Olympic Games created the militarized LAPD we know today and led to increased police brutality against Black and brown Angelenos.
The Olympics increase state violence and surveillance in every city that hosts them.
The 2028 L.A. Olympic Games will further expand LAPD and will massively increase the federal police presence in Los Angeles.
There’s still time to stop the LA28 Games.
